A downloadable game

Welcome to Verdant.

Midnight Dial is a first-person, puzzle-adventure game where the sole goal is to make it back to town.

After some late night hiking you find yourself stranded at the entrance of the controversial Verdant Valley National Park. Missing the last bus out of the area you now need to find a way back to town with only a payphone and a town of weird and wonderful characters to help you.

BETA EARLY ACCESS

Midnight Dial is currently in a early access period where we will grow and evolve it based on your feedback. Most features are in place however smaller scope story and puzzles are crafted solely for the early access period. We hope you join us on our journey!

The People of Verdant

The payphone can help you connect with the outside world, it may be broken and missing multiple number keys but it will help you contact people around town that may, or may not be able to help you, From the lonely detective attempting to solve a case, the confused old lady looking for her daughter Margaret, to the mega corporation of ElectroSystems and many, many more.

Choosing your response carefully can lead to very different results.

Multiple Endings

Midnight Dial is designed to be re-played. You may start the game and the first number you guess leads to a taxi service, or you may find yourself attempting to persuade an old lady to come pick you up in the middle of the night. There are many routes you can take through the game, the end is only the beginning.

Intractable Environment

Midnight Dial features a small open area to explore. There's more than just coins for the payphone out there.
